A free service that shows UK fuel prices, journey cost estimates and route planning, built from public government data sources. It's provided for general information — it's not a guarantee of the price you'll pay at the pump.

Prices come from the UK Government's statutory price reporting scheme, which relies on individual filling stations reporting accurately and promptly. We show you the age of every price so you can judge it yourself, and we never invent a price, distance or saving — but stations can and do report incorrectly, or change a price between when it was reported and when you arrive. Always treat the price at the pump as the final answer.

Cost-per-mile, detour and route figures are estimates built from your entered or derived vehicle fuel-efficiency figure, which itself may be an estimate (this is always disclosed on screen) rather than your car's exact real-world consumption. Use them as a guide, not a promise.

Please don't:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the site for another product or service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access data you're not meant to see
• Use the site in any way that could disrupt it for other users

Automated or bulk extraction of the site's data is not permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petrol Price Map is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We're not liable for any loss arising from a detour, a fill-up, or any other decision made based on information shown here, including where that information turns out to be stale, incorrect, or unavailable due to an underlying data source being down.

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence — see the attribution shown on the map itself. Government data is used under the licence terms stated by each source. The site's own design, code and original text are not licensed for reuse without permission.

We may update these terms or the site's features at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
